Michael Brant, Esquire, Managing Partner

Michael W. Brant, Esquire, is the founder of Brant & Associates, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Workers' Compensation and Employment Law.
Mr. Brant received his undergraduate education at Kenyon College and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he secured his undergraduate degree in Economics and Pre-Law in 1983. He then attended Duquesne University School of Law and graduated in 1987. While attending law school, he was employed by a Pittsburgh based defense firm and immediately after graduation commenced practice with the firm of Trushel, Klym & Olszewski. At Trushel, Klym & Olszewski, Michael primarily focused on insurance defense litigation.
After approximately ten years at Trushel, Klym & Olszewski, Michael opened his own practice in 1996, Brant & Associates, P.C. Michael took his 10 years of experience representing insurance companies, and began representing people who were injured at work. With his insurance defense background, Michael presents a unique approach, which utilizes his knowledge of the insurance defense industry to ensure maximum compensation for the injured workers.
Over the past fifteen years, in addition to representing hundreds of injured workers in Western Pennsylvania, the firm has expanded to include other areas of law including, Bankruptcy, Family Law, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury. As the Firm grows Michael ensures that that each additional Attorney and Paralegal places the interest of the client first.
Mr. Brant is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny Bar Association and the Washington County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania State Court and The Western District of Pennsylvania Federal Court. In addition, Michael has participated and continues to participate in numerous lectures and seminars in the Workers' Compensation arena.
Mr. Brant resides in the Canonsburg area with his wife Christine and daughter Kira.

Holly graduated from Duquesne University with a Communications degree and a double minor in Business and Political Science. Holly then obtained her Law Degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1992.
Holly is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Washington County Bar Association.
In addition to volunteering for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Holly's Pro Bono Activities include holding a board membership position and volunteering for "In Stride with Therapeutic Riding." Holly is also an executive board member of the Greater Canonsburg Chamber of Commerce.
Stephanie S. Noll, Esquire
Ms. Noll has been an attorney with Brant & Associates, P.C. since 2009. Ms. Noll is involved in a number of areas for the firm, including Bankruptcy, Will and Estates Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Landlord/Tennant.
Prior to joining Brant & Associates, P.C., she was a legal intern with the Allegheny County District Attorney's office and for a firm in Allegheny County which specialized in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability claims.
Stephanie graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. degree in Public Relations, where she earned the honor of Dean's List, followed by an invitation to join the Order of Omega Honor Society.
After graduating from PSU, she obtained her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she belonged to the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys baking and spending time with her fiancé.
